Returns, Exchanges and cancellations

Please note: the below policy only applies to orders delivered outside the Norwegian mainland. For conditions pertaining to orders delivered within Norway, please consult the terms and conditions.


Merchandise must be returned in a state fit for sale, meaning that it must be whole and undamaged, including any tags and/or packaging (where applicable). 

Merchandise purchased at full price is eligible for a refund of the purchase sum, excluding shipping. If you received free shipping for the order being returned, our shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount. Expenses for free shipping are currently defined as 140 NOK, regardless of order size.

You must bear the costs related to return shipping yourself (unless there was a mistake on our side). You can also purchase a return label on our webshop which has a flat rate of 20USD/17EUR/15GBP/199NOK. Valid world wide.

Return shipments must be sent within 30 days of the receipt of your order unless otherwise stated on our website. Our Return Merchandise system must be used;


In order to deliver your merchandise for Exchange/Return you should have an active customer account with us. Please login to your account by clicking on "Sign in" on the top right corner or any option under the section "MY ACCOUNT" at the footer of our web-shop.

If you forgot your password please click on a corresponding link and enter your e-mail address which was used by placing your initial order. A password resetting link will be generated and sent to you. If you are unsure whether you have created your account or your e-mail address was not found in a database please send us a message and we will sort it out for you.

After accessing your account go to "Order history and details", click on "+" next to your order number, then on "details" and select an item in your order you wish to exchange. Leave your comment and click the button "Ask for Return slip". You will receive a notification message about return status from us within 24 hours. You can also check the status under "My merchandise returns". As soon as you receive a return confirmation please go to "My merchandize returns", expand for details by clicking on "+" and hit "Print out". Print a return slip and follow the instructions provided therein and the text below.

Note!! Do NOT use parcel services such as DHL and UPS, or other similar parcel services.

Note!! Do NOT send the return by Parcel post if using US Postal Services.

Norway Shop AS reserves the right to refuse returns which do not fulfill these conditions.

Canceling an order

All purchases are considered binding once they are placed. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to ask us before you order! If you have already placed an order, we assume you have figured out the answer to your question.

If you do contact us with a cancellation, we will always do our utmost to intercept your order. Nevertheless, your order may be impossible to intercept. In some cases, especially during the holiday season, your parcel may have been sent before you receive notification of this.
